Pre-registration FAQs
1. What is CLIMB Online 2025?
CLIMB Online 2025 is a virtual conference designed to equip medical imaging professionals with leadership skills and strategies. The event features expert-led sessions, interactive networking opportunities, and actionable insights to help participants excel in their careers.
2. Who should attend CLIMB Online 2025?
CLIMB Online 2025 is ideal for aspiring leaders, mid-level managers, and established executives in medical imaging who are looking to enhance their leadership skills, connect with peers, and stay ahead of industry trends.
3. When and where is CLIMB Online 2025 taking place?
The conference will be held virtually on March 13–14, 2025, allowing participants to attend from anywhere in the world. All times are listed in Eastern Time (ET).
4. What topics will be covered at the conference?
Session topics include employee engagement, financial management, regulatory compliance, patient experience, and emerging trends in medical imaging leadership.
5. What are the benefits of attending CLIMB Online 2025?
Attendees will gain actionable leadership strategies, earn continuing education (CE) credits, connect with peers and industry experts, and explore new ideas to strengthen their teams and organizations—all from the convenience of home or work.
6. How do I register, and what is the cost?
Registration is now open. The cost is $199 for AHRA members and $299 for nonmembers. Nonmembers who register will receive one (1) AHRA individual membership, activated at the conclusion of the event, through the remainder of 2025 at no additional cost.
7. Are there group discounts available?
Yes, organizations sending five or more attendees can take advantage of discounted group rates. Contact AHRA Member Services at memberservices@ahra.org for details on group registration.
8. Will recordings be available if I can’t attend live?
Yes, all sessions will be recorded and available for registrants to view after the event. You can still earn CE credits by completing evaluations after watching the recordings. Recordings will be accessible until December 31, 2025. In order to obtain CE credits for any on-demand CLIMB sessions, you must view the entire recording and complete the session post-test by December 31, 2025. You will have three attempts to complete the post-test with a score of 80% or higher. If you do not pass the post-test after three attempts, you are NOT eligible to receive CE credit for that on-demand session.
9. What networking opportunities will be available?
CLIMB Online 2025 offers interactive breakout rooms, peer-to-peer discussions, and live Q&A sessions to connect participants with industry experts and peers. A closing panel will provide a collaborative space for inspiration and reflection. Learn more about networking opportunities.

FAQs after registration
11. Is there a walkthrough of how to access CLIMB 2025 content?
Yes! We encourage all CLIMB 2025 registrants to attend the CLIMB 2025 Attendee Orientation webinar, taking place Monday, March 10, 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM ET. In this webinar, AHRA's staff will share the various features and functionalities of the virtual platform, including how to access live sessions, engage with speakers and fellow attendees, and participate in networking opportunities. You will learn how to save sessions to your calendar, complete session evaluations and post-tests, and troubleshoot common technical issues, ensuring that you can fully immerse yourself in the conference content without any hiccups. Don't miss this opportunity to gain confidence and proficiency in using the virtual conference platform, empowering you to connect, learn, and collaborate effectively throughout the event. Not able to attend the live webinar? Not to worry - a recording will be available for all CLIMB attendees as well.
12. How do I access the live sessions?
In order to access CLIMB 2025 sessions, you must log in to your AHRA account in AHRA's Learning Management System (LMS), the Online Institute (https://onlineinstitute.ahra.o...). Once logged in, click “My Courses/Exams” under the “My Account” tab:

This will take you to your personal “Dashboard” in the Online Institute. You will see the “CLIMB 2025 Virtual Conference” package listed at the top of this page:
After clicking on the CLIMB 2025 Virtual Conference, you can explore the different session offerings under the "Content" tab. If you see a session you want to attend live, you can click into that session to learn more.
To see when the session is scheduled to begin, click the "contents" tab. You will only be able to join live sessions about 5 minutes before they are scheduled to begin. Once the session is about to begin, click "Enter Live Event in Progress"
If the session is not scheduled to begin for a while, you have the option to save it to your personal calendar as well. Simply click “Add to Calendar” under the "Contents" tab. This will block the time off on your calendar as well as provide the direct link to access the webinar when it is time to start. Otherwise, you can access each live session from this page about 5 minutes before its designated start time:
13. How do I access on-demand sessions?
To access the CLIMB 2025 on-demand library of sessions, you must be logged in to your AHRA account in AHRA's Learning Management System (LMS), the Online Institute (https://onlineinstitute.ahra.o...). Once logged in, click “My Courses/Exams” under the “My Account” tab:

Click into the CLIMB 2025 On-Demand Library, and then click the "Content" tab to see the recorded sessions available to you. Then, just click into the session you would like to watch to get started:
14. Who do I contact if I'm unable to log into my Online Institute account?
If you are having issues accessing the CLIMB Online 2025 and/or the Online Institute, please email memberservices@ahra.org.
15. How long will I have access to CLIMB 2025 session recordings/materials?
All CLIMB 2025 registrants will have access to session recordings and session materials until December 31, 2025.
16. How do I obtain CE credits?
For live sessions:
In order to obtain CE credits for sessions attended on Thursday, March 13, and Friday, March 14, you must access the respective webinar sessions via your Online Institute account—this is how our system logs your attendance. Please note you must access each live Zoom session for its entirety in order to earn the associated CE credit(s). Then, you MUST complete the associated session evaluation; if you do not complete the session evaluation, you will not receive CE credit for that session.
For on-demand sessions:
In order to obtain CE credits for any on-demand CLIMB sessions, you must view the entire recording. Then, you must complete the associated post-test for the session. You will have three attempts to complete the post-test with a score of 80% or higher. If you do not pass the post-test after three attempts, you are NOT eligible to receive CE credit for that on-demand session.
17. How long will it take for my CE credits to appear?
It will take 24 hours for your CE credits to appear in your Online Institute account.
