This workshop is designed to create a safe space to discuss the challenges staff and patients face in radiology. The workshop delves into the transformative realm of inclusive leadership, focusing on navigating diversity challenges for staff and patients. We will explore strategies to address challenges such as microaggressions, biases, and negative staff /patient experiences with the outcome of fostering an environment that enhances well-being for all.
