Medical Imaging leaders continue to face shortages in healthcare workers, specifically RTs. While this is not a new challenge, it has worsened in the past few years. This webinar will explore solutions that integrate technology, workforce strategies, and operational efficiency, in an effort to mitigate these shortages.

Nahdia Pirzada (Moderator)

Vice President, Imaging Clinical Applications

Nahdia is Vice President of Imaging Clinical Applications at GE Healthcare, where she drives strategy, processes and key performance metrics that enable customer excellence, team motivation and business growth in the U.S. Nahdia has held various roles across multiple businesses within GE Healthcare. In her previous role as director of service, she was responsible for leading and developing the clinical engineering and diagnostic imaging field service teams, and leading service delivery and customer success management for key accounts in the Boston area. She is passionate about creating a world-class employee and client experience and has a proven track record of solving complex problems, building a culture of teamwork and achieving business results. Nahdia is a champion for diversity, equity and inclusion, and co-leads the Global GE Healthcare Women’s Network. She holds a master’s degree in engineering management and business administration from the University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Nahdia also serves on the ASRT Foundation Board of Trustees as the Treasurer.

Kimberly Bathurst

AVP of Women’s Health and Screening Services

RadNet – East Coast

Kimberly Bathurst is the AVP of Women’s Health and Screening Services for RadNet – East Coast.   Kim has been a radiologic technologist for over 37 years, practicing various modalities, including CT, Interventional Radiology, DXA, OR, ER, and Mammography.  Throughout her career, she has served on several Radiography Program Advisory Committees and has experience teaching and mentoring students.  Kim has actively supported Maryland legislation by testifying in the Maryland House and Senate, supporting bills that make screening care more accessible to patients in the State of Maryland.    

As a mother of a Marine Veteran and an active member of the Blue Star Mothers of America, Kim has spent many hours supporting our men and women in uniform with care package campaigns, writing letters of support and encouragement, and assisting fellow military families across the US. 

Outside of her professional and volunteer commitments, Kim values her personal time. She finds joy in reading, baking, crafting, and camping. However, her most cherished moments are those spent with her family, which she prioritizes in her busy schedule. 

Beth Kisielius

Vice President, Strategic Client Sales

Beth Kisielius is an experienced leader with over 30 years of healthcare workforce solutions and recruitment strategy expertise. She has successfully served as a trusted advisor to hundreds of healthcare organizations by supporting their goals to optimize, develop, and nurture their workforce. With 15 years of executive experience at AMN, Ms. Kisielius has served as an innovative collaborator, working across multiple AMN brands to develop integrated solutions to solve complex workforce challenges.    

Prior to joining AMN, Ms. Kisielius served as the Director of Recruitment at a six-hospital healthcare system in Massachusetts. In that role, she was responsible for the system-wide recruitment strategy, leadership, and performance accountability. Ms. Kisielius earned a master’s degree in speech language pathology from Emerson College and a bachelor's degree in human development from Boston College.

Sarah Lewis

Sarah is the Vice president and General Manager of Imaging Digital Solutions (IDS), leading product strategy across the USA and Canada for software solutions designed to enhance operational efficiencies and care standardization in medical imaging. With over a decade of experience supporting healthcare providers, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by the imaging and healthcare industry. 

She is dedicated to driving innovation in patient care through her expertise in commercializing and advancing SaaS and imaging software technologies, particularly in addressing staffing shortages and optimizing workflows.

Arlene Siver

Vice President, Strategic Partnerships – Imaging

GE HealthCare

Arlene is the VP of Strategic Partnerships – responsible for leading the team that aligns GEHC’s horizontal capabilities to prioritized needs identified within the provider organization.  Working collaboratively to understand client outcome definitions and nuances, she leads internal teams to shape strategies that integrate GEHC technology, data and analytics and creative business models to drive outcome improvements. 

Leveraging 27 years of industry knowledge and GE experience, Arlene is skilled in managing internal cross functional teams in accordance with client organizations that include consultants and contractors for large-scale complex projects.  She leads opportunities by utilizing industry, market and financial tools to architect strategic solutions that deliver outcomes aligned to the provider outcome improvement strategy.  Her expertise spans across Imaging, Service, PCS, Finance, Digital and Pharmaceuticals.  She has a proven track record with Academics/Luminaries, National, Gov’t, For Profit/Non-Profit accounts and possess strong analytic and technical skills to communicate solutions, with confidence, at all levels within a provider organization. 

Arlene has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University and is a Green Belt Certified in Six Sigma.
